Background
With rapid increase of coal business and personnel organization structure, in different departments, various IT information systems are developed and applied to deal with various management requirements. However, there are no standard construction frames in each subordinate local company. Besides, many similar systems with same functions are repeatedly developed, which result in problems such as inconsistent system user info and waste of resources. At present, the informatization degrees of the domestic coal enterprises are relatively low. Some of the existing business management systems have relatively high independence and cannot cooperate with each other. There is no cooperative work among the systems and it will result in data redundancy and inconformity, arousing chaos in the informatization office platform management within the enterprise and reducing the performance of the enterprise.

Overview

In view of the aforementioned problems, GreatWe Firstly defined a standard application system construction framework based on Web service interface and customize an unified information platform - Galadin IUP (Information Union Platform, thereinafter referred as IUP) according to the real situation of each coal enterprise; GreatWe develops basic management modules (single sign-on and AD user synchronization) and basic public modules (message interface, email interface, SMS interface and release management), and then build public functional components under the framework and provide them to the subordinate local company.

Function Introduction
1. Galadin Portal Enterprise Portal
Through the unified platform constructed by Galadin Portal, GreatWe provides the enterprise users with unified information acquisition and release system and realizes unified interfaces integration of each business management system. Enterprise Portal combines component, application, process and content from various sources into the unified presentation interface. The users can visit the presentation interface from a range of equipments; what’s more, the portal can also be customized according to the users or work roles, safety requirements, device settings, personal preferences and admin settings. It can also define workflow to support business process.

① Flexible Interface Design
The overall style and pattern of Portlet view page, configuration page and personalized page are presented through CSS, picture and effects. The portal theme and the design of skin needs to follow unified template of WebSphere Portal Server theme and skin design.

② Reliable Security Management
Unifiedly store, visit, maintain and manage the directory service framework and mechanism, including the user’s identity authentication information, access right and configuration information, of enterprise information user portal and organization structure data.

③ Multi-dimensional Portal Information Presentation
Support extensible information maintenance, support standard presentation of personalized interface of the users and the function of intranet and outer net search.

④ Virtual Portal
Provide users from different organization or company with different user experience requirements; allow all these terminal users to cooperate through single community, support many public Portalet.

⑤Single Sign-on SSO design
Import LTPA of the Portal Server into the Was of application server, provide SSO (single sign-on) solution. Enable the users to visit various content and service integrated in the enterprise information portal transparently once they pass the identity authentication of enterprise information portal, simplify the complexity of the users’ visiting various internal resources of the enterprise.

2. Galadin Report Platform
Each business system sends business data to report platform at regular interval. The report platform automatically generates various cross business area report according to the business data and provides abundant forms of expression, such as bar graph, pie chart, curve graph. Provide various report forms on the same report data, so that the enterprise leaders can grasp the operation condition of the enterprise in time and provide data analysis basis for enterprise decision-making. The functional modules are:

① Business Data Extraction
 Each business system sends business data to report platform at regular intervals. The report platform selectively extracts the business data sent by business system and store the data as local copy to automatically generate report.

② Type-in Business Data
 For the business data that can not be sent by the business systems, report platform provides type-in function for the business data so as to fill the vacancy of business capacity of each business system.

③ Import Business Data
Report platform provides the function of importing Excel data and generates report according the imported data.

④ Export Report
Report platform provides abundant report export formats for the report generated from the platform. The reports can be exported in various formats, such as Word, Excel, Pdf, etc.

3. Galadin SMS Platform

Based on the binding of SMS service platform and the SMS interface of the operators, realize batch sending and customized sending of SMS among specified numbers, provide relevant information service with rich content and various forms for the enterprise, so as to effectively improve information technology’s support to the operation of the enterprise.

① SMS interface is the interface between SMS service platform and the operator, including communication processing and message processing;

② On-line transaction processing, including route management, up-transferring SMS management, store-and-forward of message and safety management;

③ System batch processing, including cron job management, data cleaning, statistical analysis and the backup and migration of data;
