Galadin Production Management System (hereinafter referred to as Galadin PMS) mainly serves headquarters of coal mine enterprises. It can enhance coordination among coal production plan, succession plan and supporting plans, strengthen control of production costs, ensures the organization of coal production in a stable, efficient and orderly way, establish a collaborative work platform between enterprises and coal mines and achieve resource balance, coordination and overall planning among the whole group.

Background

(2) Prevention and Early Warning
 In terms of prevention and early warning, Galadin PMS can mainly achieve the management of daily production of a group’s subordinate coal mines, specifically the management of one ventilation and three preventions centering on ventilation, gas inspection, wind-measuring inspection, dust-measuring inspection, including the daily, ten-day, fifteen-day and monthly reports on gas, wind measurement and dust measurement and the review of those reports. The system also helps generate dispatching log of the one ventilation and three preventions of the entire group.

(3) Plan Management
 This function module is responsible for compilation and review of production plan, succession production plan and plans for equipments, materials, power and other supporting infrastructure, the transmission to the lower levels of those plans (plus the related schedules, fund plan and resource consumption), the management of execution of yearly, monthly and weekly coal production and the overall balance according to the feedback information from coal production execution system and the relevant information about transportation, sales, equipment maintenance and supporting infrastructure.

(4) Production Scheduling
 Galadin PMS can conduct dispatching and coordination after considering the production of all subordinated mines and the monthly, weekly and daily coal excavation and washing-dressing plans laid out according to the production plan and succession plan so as to ensure safe, sustainable and stable coal production. It can also balance and adjust the established plans in light of the transportation, sales and the changes in the demand of external market.

(5) Safety Training
Galadin PMS can manage the certificates of certified staff and support the certificate training for staff in need of job certification in coal mines, including formulation and review of job certificates registration, yearly safety training plans and monthly safety training plan and the statistics of certified staff and personnel training so as to achieve supervision of safety training in the whole group.

(6) Operation Supervision
 Through this function module, it is possible to supervise the production operation in mines according to the data provided by the production execution system, real-time monitor information directly sent by production control system and implementation of production plan, which specifically includes management of mining equipments and machines, risk management, security training and security monitoring.
